Licensed Early Learning and Child Care family homes (8 spaces or less).
Must hold a valid program membership to access SECA and The Cooperator’s preferred insurance premium. Each site that holds insurance must have their own program membership. Professional memberships grant voting rights at SECA’s AGM, allows for reduced registration fees for SECA events, and gives you access to all other membership perks and benefits. This membership includes a CCCF membership.

This type of membership excludes voting rights at SECA’s Annual General Meeting and does not allow for reduced registration fees at SECA events. Program memberships have access to all other membership perks and benefits. This membership includes a CCCF membership.

Enrolled in FULL TIME ECE or Child Focused Studies. Proof of enrollment will be required.
To qualify must not be employed at an ELCC program.
This membership does not include a CCCF membership.
