SECA Leadership Retreat
We are excited to announce that registration is officially open for SECA’s 2026 Leadership Retreat! Join us November 26–27 at Dakota Dunes Resort for two days dedicated to connection, learning, and leadership.
This retreat is an opportunity to step away from the day-to-day demands of leadership, invest in your own growth, and connect with fellow early learning and child care leaders from across Saskatchewan.
What can you look forward to?
We have an exciting lineup of speakers and sessions designed to inspire you, provide practical tools, and support you in your leadership journey:
Darci Lang – Lead the 90%: Explore how shifting your perspective and focusing on positivity can influence your life and leadership.
Stacey Olsen – The Balanced Leader: Discover practical strategies to create balance, establish boundaries, manage stress, and prioritize your well-being.
Darren Lang – Staying Up in an Upside-Down World: Learn ways to reset, manage stress, and approach life's challenges with a fresh perspective.
Intentions Yoga: Take away practical strategies to help you navigate moments of overwhelm, find calm, and refocus throughout your workday.
Along with these sessions, you will have opportunities to network with other
leaders, share experiences, and build meaningful connections. We have also designed Friday’s schedule with a later start and extended lunch to connect with vendors and each other.
