New Membership Database System

We're excited to let you know that SECA is transitioning to a new membership database. Most of these changes are internal and will have limited impact on our members, but to complete the transition there are a few things you'll need to know: 

  • Membership renewals and new memberships will be unavailable on our website between August 29 - September 9. During that time, new memberships and renewals can be still be completed by emailing SECA directly at admin@seca-sk.org. Invoices will be sent manually by SECA staff if needed. Renewals and new memberships will be available on our website until August 28, and will be back up on September 10. 

  • Membership renewal notices that would usually be sent out between August 29-September 9 will be sent out on September 10. 

  • Event registrations will still be available online. However, if your membership expires between August 29-September 9 or you need to sign up, you will need to email admin@seca-sk.org to complete your membership renewal or purchase a new membership and to register for the event at the membership price. If your membership is active, you should have no problems accessing the members price, but please email us if you have any issues. 

  • Beginning September 10 you'll see updates to our website and will once again be able to join, renew, and access your membership online. 

We encourage members with renewals coming up soon to complete them before August 29 to ensure the smoothest process during this change. If you are unsure if your membership requires renewal, you can sign in here to see your renewal date. 

As our staff learn the new system, we will do our best to serve our members quickly and smoothly. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this learning period. We're excited about the improvements this change will bring for our members!
